A beach complex with five outdoor heated pools is being built in the Nagatinskaya floodplain. It will appear on the territory adjacent to the Dream Island amusement park, the portal of the mayor and government of Moscow reported.

“The project will be implemented jointly with the investor. Thanks to him, one of the largest entertainment zones in Russia will appear in the capital, which will be able to receive a large number of visitors from different regions of the country.

The first visitors to the new beach complex in the Nagatinskaya floodplain should receive this summer.

According to Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, the complex will be the largest open beach area in Moscow and Russia with outdoor heated pools, which will simultaneously accommodate about 2.5 thousand people.

“And in the same year, the construction of an open amusement park begins,” the portal quotes the mayor.

The beach complex with an area of 41 thousand square meters will include the largest outdoor pool in Russia (1.7 thousand square meters), two children's pools, one wave pool and one VIP pool.

“Visitors will have at their disposal the necessary related infrastructure, including 2.5 thousand beach chairs, changing rooms, showers, cafes, restaurants and more.

Guests of the beach complex will be able to use the services of a nearby yacht club with a wake park. Two reversible winches for wakeboarding are available for lovers of water sports,” the City Hall noted.

There are also springboards for practicing jumps and tricks. You can rent the necessary equipment for classes.
