All collected metal will be sent for recycling.

Large-scale cleaning in the Yakut village of Tiksi lasted a week. 70 people took part in the events. In addition, special equipment was involved in the cleaning - four KAMAZ vehicles with manipulators.

Last year, volunteers from the Clean Arctic project already carried out work in the village of Tiksi. Then the volunteers tidied up the territory of the port and cleared the coastline of Bulunkan Bay, where the industrial zones of several large enterprises were previously located. Volunteers were able to collect about 300 tons of scrap metal, which was sent for recycling.
