The world's northernmost Arctic Museum to be located on Novaya Zemlya

The Mikhail Somov research vessel delivered construction materials to Hooker Island to create the world's northernmost Arctic museum on the territory of the Russian Arctic National Park. 

The project is jointly implemented by the Russian Arctic and the Arctic Museum and Exhibition Center, the Northern Department for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring, which is a territorial division of the Federal Hydrometeorological Service, reported.
