(https://ura.news/) - The US National Security Council believes that America should cooperate with Russia in the Arctic. This was stated by the head of the Russian department in the National Security Council, Chris Kofron.

“In space, we have made exceptions and are cooperating on life and death issues, maybe the same model would work for the Arctic,” Chris Kofron said during the broadcast of the event from the Woodrow Wilson Center. He also added that full cooperation in the development of the Arctic should not be expected because of the conflict in Ukraine.
