The final work of the second season of the Clean Arctic project began on October 16. First, the volunteers cleared the Three Streams area of waste. After that, they put things in order in the coastal zone, which the locals call the "Arctic Beach".
The final cleaning took place in a special format. Forty of the best volunteers of the project, who came from different parts of the country, landed in Murmansk.
On October 17, an excursion for volunteers took place on the atomic icebreaker Lenin, which has now been turned into a museum. After that, a solemn meeting was held right in the cabin of the legendary nuclear-powered ship, dedicated to summing up the results of the season and awarding the best of the best.
