Russia and Indonesia plan to develop a program to promote cooperation in the Far East and the Arctic, the press service of the Ministry of Regional Development reports.
The key areas of cooperation between Russia and Indonesia will be logistics, cargo transportation along the Northern Sea Route, participation in the creation of the Russian-Indian Eastern Sea Corridor "Far East – Chennai", supplies of environmentally friendly agricultural products and fertilizers, construction and development, tourism, improvement of air transportation between the cities of the Far East and Indonesia, as well as education and creative industries.
Russia supplies mineral products to Indonesia, including coal, oil and petroleum products, metals, food and agricultural raw materials, and chemical industry products, TASS reports.
