The results of the V All-Russian competition of the best regional environmental practices "Reliable partner - Ecology" were summed up in Moscow.

The competition was organized by the Reliable Partner Association and the Russian Environmental Society. A variety of organizations presented their projects - from secondary schools to large enterprises. The main condition is that the initiative has already shown the first results and it can be scaled up.

The competition covered the key areas of the national Ecology project: effective improvement of air quality, waste management, conservation of water bodies, conservation of ecological biodiversity.

The award in the nomination "The best project implemented in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation" received the initiative of the Norilsk Nickel company - Axioma. It is an innovative emission control system that Norilsk Nickel is developing within the framework of the industrial competence center "Ecology". The system allows you to monitor the level of air pollution in real time.

With the help of artificial intelligence technologies, digital counterparts of industrial machines are created in the system, technological processes are simulated and emission data is collected, the company's press service reported.
