The Center for Tourism Development in the Polar Urals has prepared a program of the Arctic Safari excursion route, designed for foreign tourists.

The three-day trip will begin from Novy Urengoy, where tourists will visit the eco-complex "Soul of Yamal". In the Nenets village, guests will visit the chum, ride deer, and enjoy national dishes of the peoples of the North.

On the second day, safari participants will travel by helicopter to the national park on the Gydansky Peninsula, where they will learn about polar bears and observe walruses, arctic foxes, seals, narwhals, fin whales, belugas and other northern animals and birds in natural conditions.

Then the travelers will have fishing with the inhabitants of Shokalsky Island, a sauna, swimming in the Kara Sea and a meeting with a mammoth. Tourists will spend the night on the island.

On the final day, a master class on bone carving will be held for the guests of Yamal. The tour organizers will present certificates of completion of the Arctic Safari to all participants.

The Arctic Safari was presented at the Eastern Economic Forum 2024 in Moscow. The tourist route through Yamal was included in the collection of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation for tourists from abroad.
