ALROSA presented the interim results of its corporate program "Territory of Well-Being"—a large-scale project that helps employees of Yakutia's diamond mining companies develop a mindful and healthy lifestyle.
According to a survey of over 700 program participants, almost every second employee (45.4%) noted that they were able to focus on improving their own health and maintain increased physical activity for more than six months.
Experts assess this indicator as a sustainable commitment to healthy habits. The eNPS score was 67, reflecting the high level of satisfaction among program participants.
"Territory of Well-Being" was launched in February 2024 using the HealthBalance mobile app. It has become a digital platform where ALROSA employees gain knowledge about maintaining health and tools to extend their professional longevity.
In 2025, over 900 employees participated in the program. Participants take interactive courses, participate in "Health Days," receive specialist consultations and earn points for their activity in the app, which can be redeemed for prizes. "Territory of Well-Being" has already received international recognition: the project won the SOGAZ Group competition for 2024 and is included in the Russian Ministry of Health's "Model corporate programs and practices for improving employee health" guidelines.
