The New Summits company intends to complete the tourism project by 2027

The project of the new hotel complex was presented by Kirill Svetlichny, Executive Director of New Summits, to Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, who is on a working trip to the Altai Republic, Kommersant reports.

The first facilities of the complex will be put into operation in 2025, the project will be fully completed in 2027.

The project involves the construction of a four-star hotel with 400 rooms, a three-star hotel with 180 rooms and a five-star hotel with 150 rooms.

In addition, a year-round complex for sports and water entertainment will be built as part of the project, the report said.

According to the government of the Altai Territory, the volume of investments in the project will amount to 22 billion rubles.

New Peaks LLC is a resident of the Turquoise Katun Special Economic Zone.
