The project of improvement of the historical part of Pushkin's Bolshoe Boldino in the Nizhny Novgorod region for the anniversary of the poet will be developed by Novaya Zemlya LLC. As reported on the official website of public procurements, this company won the tender, lowering the contract price from 15 million rubles to 11.9 million. It was the only bidder.
It's about an area of 12.22 hectares. The work will take place in two stages. First, the 50th anniversary of October Square, the 50th anniversary of the Komsomol square, the territory between the building of the Church of the Assumption and the park area of the museum, Pushkinskaya Street on the site from house No. 2 to house No. 28 and from house No. 5 to house No. 51, as well as car parking at the temple on Pushkinskaya Street, Krasnaya Street from from the intersection with Cooperative Street to the turn to Shkolnaya Street, the territory at the intersection of Krasnaya Street and Krasny Irtysh Street, Cooperative Street from the intersection with Proletarskaya Street to the intersection with Pushkinskaya Street.
At the second stage of improvement, Pushkin Street will be engaged from the 50th Anniversary of the Komsomol Square to the bypass road on Sadovaya Street. It is planned to install a suspended pedestrian bridge with the possibility of bicycles and scooters, to create walking areas and bike paths. In addition, there will be playgrounds and a shopping and service area with cafes and toilets. As part of the landscaping, architectural and artistic lighting will be installed on buildings and trees.
The project documentation must be prepared by December 20.
