Moscow has won the All-Russian competition for the title of "Capital of children's Tourism", the participants of which presented proposals for the development of this area in their city for the next year. This was announced on his Telegram channel by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

"This summer alone, Moscow received 1 million young tourists. But we have a lot of interesting things all year round. For example, the Moscow Zoo, one of the largest aquariums in Europe "Moskvarium", the first indoor amusement park in Russia "Island of Dreams", more than 400 museums," he said.

According to the mayor of the capital, in October two Moscow projects were also awarded the All-Russian Route of the Year award - "City of Discoveries" and "Play Moscow".

"Next year we plan to create a Children's Tourism Council, which will include schoolchildren aged 13-17. In particular, the guys will help create original routes around the capital," Sobyanin said.
