The organizers of the Kazakhstan International Tourism and Travel Exhibition (KITF) have announced that the event will take place in Almaty from April 24 to 26 this year. As part of the event, a number of agreements and programs of interregional and cross-border cooperation will be signed, as well as meetings, plenary sessions, road shows and other industry events.
The exhibition's exposition is the largest professional tourism platform in Central Asia. It is also planned to hold a forum of travelers and travel bloggers, a ceremony to present the "Quality Mark" award, as well as a number of expert meetings, presentations and workshops.
Each section of the exhibition will be dedicated to a separate tourism destination: domestic, international, business, medical, as well as overseas real estate. Participants will include tour operators, travel agencies, airlines, national and regional tourism organizations, accommodation facilities, health and wellness centers, developers and suppliers of IT technologies in tourism, as well as organizations engaged in overseas real estate and providing related services for tourism activities.
Last year, 22 countries took part in the exhibition. This year, representatives of the Maldives, Georgia, Croatia, Thailand, Uzbekistan, Malaysia, the UAE, Russia, Turkey, Montenegro, India, China, Egypt, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, South Korea, Japan, Azerbaijan, Vietnam, Greece, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Romania are expected to attend the event.
