The former police station in Covent Garden, in the heart of London, part of which is given over to a luxury hotel, and part has been turned into a museum of the London police, opened its doors to tourists.

The building, which housed one of the first commissariats of the British police, carries visitors through three centuries of its history.

Tourists are given the opportunity to explore the six cells allocated for the exhibition, in one of which those who wish are invited to feel like a caught criminal. During its history, it was visited not only by murderers and thieves, but also by the famous English writer Oscar Wilde.
