Sending beneficiaries to sanatoriums at the expense of the budget can be one of the measures to support the resort sector in Crimea. According to Sergei Aksyonov, after the quarantine ends, up to 500 thousand Crimeans may be granted tickets to the sanatorium.
“We roughly figured out how many children, pensioners and low-income citizens we can try штмшеу at a budgetary expense in the sanatorium this year,” he said.
“I believe that such an approach will enable people to improve their health, and on the other hand, to support the resort sector.”
The Head of the Republic of Crimea noted that the tourism industry on the peninsula was the most affected by the situation with the pandemic of the coronavirus. Since April 14, the self-isolation regime has been intensified here: hotels and motels cannot receive guests until at least June 1. Since April 2, everyone who enters the peninsula has been filling out questionnaires where they write the address of their place of stay - their own housing, rented apartment, relatives' house, etc. If the police do not find a citizen there, they may now face a penalty - a fine of up to 30 thousand rubles.
