From March 24 to 28, the All-Russian rally of young employees of environmental institutions "Zapovednye People" will be held in the Kamchatka Territory for the first time.

It will be attended by 120 employees of specially protected natural areas and environmental organizations in the field of conservation from different regions. Their main goal is to strengthen the personnel potential of the country's protected system by increasing the professionalism and motivation of young employees. This was reported by Roszapovedtsentr on its website.

"Within the framework of the rally, together with leading experts, the participants will develop tools to increase the effectiveness of the contribution of each employee of the environmental sphere to the conservation of the country's wildlife. In addition, the program will contribute to strengthening the conservation community, developing value orientations among young professionals and strengthening the position of protected areas in society," the message says.

Special attention will be paid to the study of career needs and the prevention of emotional burnout of young specialists in the protected system.

The cultural program of the event includes familiarization with the work of the protected system of the Kamchatka Territory and the exchange of successful practices.

Upon successful completion of the program and passing the exam, participants will receive a certificate of advanced training of the state standard of KamSU named after Vitus Bering.
