The volcanoes of Kamchatka Nature Park in the Kamchatka Territory has summed up the results of an open personnel competition for senior positions. 101 people from 19 regions of Russia and three foreign countries offered their resumes. According to the results of the competition, Lyubov Timofeeva was elected as the director, and Radmir Korenev as the first deputy.
The competition commission included both federal experts in the field of management and environmental protection, and the heads of Kamchatka departments. The contest participants completed three stages: submitting applications, competency testing and submitting their projects for the development of the park in video conferencing mode.
During the second stage, 65 candidates were admitted who underwent online testing, and 10 people passed in the third stage who presented their development plan for the natural park. The final interview with the three selected finalists was conducted by the head of the region Vladimir Solodov. He made the final decision - the best candidate among applicants from different parts of the country was a 36-year-old Muscovite, a lawyer, who has a master's degree in "Leadership in the field of environmental protection."
